Product Assembly

We specialize in hand assembly of products where attention to detail and quality assurance is important, and the volume of the product does not justify expensive automation. Our staff routinely assembles professional grade hand tools and sensitive electromechanical devices, in addition to less demanding wooden articles and sewn consumer products. We also assemble sets of products, kits, promotional items, and collated printed materials.

We process large volumes of books for the printing industry, either assembling and shrink-wrapping sets, adding covers or other special promotion information to the volumes, or replacing misprinted pages to recover otherwise unusable materials.

We can provide environmentally controlled assembly areas if needed. While most of the products we assemble are small, we have the space to assemble large items.
